The answer constantly changes, honestly. Growing up, I had a huge predilection for ROTJ. That final confrontation between Luke and Vader blew me away as a kid. As I got older I learned to appreciate Empire a bit more. I used to think of it as slow and bogged down, but in terms of pacing and story telling I eventually came to the conclusion that it’s great.
